Hi, I was one of those people who walked away because I did not feel the whole seminar was that great. I understand that it worked for some but I felt it was not for me, The worst part however is that Global1 is refusing to give me the money back as per their guarantee because I got the ticket transfered. I have paid just like anyone else they took my book away including all the notes etc and now refusing to give me 70% of what I paid, I was being fair asking for 70% only because I did get somnething out of it, but definetly \"NO breakthrough\" Any one out there who can help me get the money back please let me know what I can do :)Thank you!!!
Methods: LIAs tested changes in practices using Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles and tracked data regarding depression screening, referrals, service access, and symptom improvement via run charts. First Teacher administered a post-collaborative survey to assess LIA team members' satisfaction with their BTS experience.
Conclusion: Findings from this study indicate that evidence- and experience-based practices regarding maternal depression screening, referrals, and service access can lead to symptom improvement among mothers enrolled in a state-based home visiting program. Results of this investigation corroborate findings from previous studies while also incorporating feedback from LIAs about the BTS experience.

If fibroids develop in your uterus, it can lead to breakthrough bleeding. These growths may be caused by anything from genetics to hormones. For example, if your mother or sister has fibroids, you may be at a higher risk of developing them yourself. Black women also tend to have a higher risk of developing fibroids.
Both may happen between normal menstrual cycles. Both may be light enough to not require a tampon or pad. That said, breakthrough bleeding can occur at any time, and implantation bleeding only happens a few days before a missed period.
A breakthrough infection is an infection with a virus, bacterium or other germ after you have been vaccinated. This is an expected occurrence for a small percentage of those receiving any vaccine, since no vaccine for any disease is 100% effective in preventing infection in every person who receives it.
Breakthrough coronavirus infections happen when someone who has been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 becomes infected with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Lisa Maragakis, M.D., M.P.H., senior director of infection prevention, and Gabor Kelen, M.D., director of the Johns Hopkins Office of Critical Event Preparedness and Response, explain what you need to know about breakthrough coronavirus infections.
A study in Washington state gathered data from over 4 million fully vaccinated people. The data showed a rate of about 1 in 5,000 experienced a breakthrough infection between January 17 and August 21, 2021. More recently, some populations have shown breakthrough infection rates of approximately 1 in 100 fully vaccinated people.
If you suspect you might have breakthrough COVID-19 keep in mind that if you are infected, you can transmit the coronavirus to another person. While you are waiting to be tested or to get your test results, isolate yourself from others to the extent possible and follow coronavirus precautions such as mask wearing, physical distancing and hand hygiene to protect those around you.
Although any fully vaccinated person can experience a breakthrough infection, people with weakened immune systems caused by certain medical conditions or treatments (including organ transplants, HIV and some cancers and chemotherapy) are more likely to have breakthrough infections.
The CDC recommends boosters for certain groups of people. A COVID booster is an additional dose of the COVID-19 vaccine that can help maintain your immunity for longer if the protection of your initial vaccine(s) has begun to decline over time. Getting a booster may help prevent a breakthrough infection or having symptoms.

Thanks to a breakthrough laser technique, dermatologic surgeonscan now improve the color of scars from facelifts, breast surgery or burns, uneven skin pigment, or abnormally lightened skin. Medically referred to ashypopigmentation or leukoderma, these light spots or splotches on otherwisenormal skin are associated with scars, vitiligo, or possible side effectsfrom certain skin-resurfacing procedures, such as lasers, chemical peels, anddermabrasion.
Speaking at the American Academy of Dermatology's recentannual meeting, dermatologic surgeon Roy Geronemus, MD, New York City, toldcolleagues that the 308 nm excimer laser appears to be extremely effective inselectively targeting and darkening light patches to blend in withsurrounding skin tone. He added that patients experience virtually no painand can require as few as three to 10 treatments.
Dr. Gilberto Lopes: Lauren, in reality, every section was reallycompelling, starting with the opening session by Dr. Steven Yangfrom WuXi AppTec. He actually kind of painted the general pictureof what we wanted to discuss in the meeting. He talked about all ofthe innovations that we have already seen in cancer diagnosis andtreatment over the last couple decades, with some emphasis on thebeginnings of immunotherapy, kinase inhibitor, and target agents, but specifically talking about what we're going to see in the nextfive to 10 years, and what are the technologies that will help ustruly have new breakthroughs in the management of cancer so that wecan improve outcomes for our patients in years to come.

Preliminary reports on monkeypox vaccinations suggest the vaccine is not 100 percent effective, and some breakthrough cases are occurring, the World Health Organization said during an Aug. 17 media briefing.
In some cases, breakthrough infections are occurring in people vaccinated after a monkeypox exposure, which is intended to reduce disease severity. The breakthrough cases should not come as a surprise, as the WHO was not expecting 100 percent efficacy, according to Dr. Rosamund Lewis, the organization's technical lead for monkeypox.
